Fitness these days is not just for outer beauty…. its also for your inner health. As you know, I am a cardio lover and usually use the treadmill for my cardio routine. But on weekends, sometimes on weekdays too, I try to run outside in the morning. Trust me that feeling of running outside and burning calories can’t be described.
Fresh air, morning sunlight and open field, these are the best things in the world. I am trying to shift myself to Outdoor running routine from treadmill.
