As many of you messaged me that you guys prefer strength training over cardio, I would like to share my part on it.

Its been 10 years I am into cardio …I run 6 to 7 miles a day.

From last 5 years I am regular in abs workout too but from last one month, I am doing it little differently. Working out with weights (Thanks to @sushmaraj_sush who inspired me for this…Guys checkout her Exercise video she is amazingly pro in Abs workout, as well as strength training.) and paying attention to your breath (as you inhale and exhale) at the same time gives you fast result (I think its too early to say this but if you are regular you will feel the difference) .

But I want to gain more knowledge on abs area.

Calling all workout lover….let’s share your weight training exercises (Strength training) secret and what area should we focus and pay attention while working out on abs and also how many times a week??
