I always take help from my trainer friend for the expert tips when it comes to upper body part which I do 3 times a week but when it comes to the lower body, I am bit lazy.

Lower body is as necessary as upper body and its actually require your attention.

I usually do this routine twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday. My Lower body exercise involves:

1- Squats
2- Lunges
3- Squats with leg raise
4- Pushups
5-Squats hold
6- Calf Raises
.
.
But I think I am still very immature in the matter of lower body exercise.

Need suggestions!
